The Imbalanced Mode of Traditional Education System of Bangladesh (Attitudes & Opinions)

Among maximum survey, speculative and intellectual reports, research journal, all other news medias directly suggest that the current education infrastructure is quite disordered, unfriendly, erroneous and imbalanced. The rapid frequent exposition of question papers on popular social medias before exams and boost of grade points created a chaotic imbalanced status. The entire discussion will focus the wise arguments, solving opinions and attitudes toward the current Education System of Bangladesh to pass toward digitalized and modern classing education systems that could share equal opportunities for the active educators.

For a couple of months a lot of discussion and criticism of Bangladesh's education system.. At least those persons who are generally busy with political talks, they got a new issue to argue. the HSC exam results were published soon after. 78 percent of the students passed the examination. Many students have got 'A plus' or 'Golden A Plus'. Everyone's eyeballs, what he is talking about! So many candidates passed and so many such candidates got a plus, how is it possible?

Those who make this agony, everyone is the next generation. After passing 40 percent of SSC or HSC examination, everyone said that the education board has passed 40 percent. Suddenly, 40 percent of the passes were passed. There is no mention if you get the first division. If I get a place in the merit list of the Board of Secondary Examination Overnight celebrity On the day when I will be admitted to Dhaka Medical College or BUET (no admission test was introduced), lots of people gave me a small reception not only to me but to my family. The first local son of the local high school on Dhaka journey! Nobody raised questions about the quality of achieved education. The word coaching is completely considered unfamiliar. For students who are studying on the grading system, the special class arrangements for one or two days a week. There is no problem with English because the school was founded in 1857. By the  English Medium School. With passing the era, everything changed.

Now, after passing primary level public examinations, no one takes a detailed inquiry, because education has now spread widely. The children of this level are studying in the schools. There is no such thing passed in the examination because if one student passes in the school per year, it is normal, so normal. Nobody goes to send to the school. So, there is nothing to get disturbed when so many children pass.

However, the whole matter came to the forefront unexpectedly, when 10 to 15 percent of the candidates participating at the Dhaka University admission test was nominated for admission acceptance. More emphasis was placed on the whole issue when only two candidates were selected for admission in English section. Everybody started screaming and started crying, so many children passed, Guildon got a plus - how did such a large number of candidates fail? The matter is not a pass-gap issue. The main issue is that examinations compared to the number of seats in the University of Dhaka has a lot more. So, the number of people who can not get admission will increase. If more and more students pass HSC in the next year and the seats of Dhaka or other universities remain unchanged, then the situation will be worse than this year. This is the general mathematical calculation. And what has happened in the English section is only due to systemic errors. Tested in advanced English, the testers have come to know that a lot later. The department or the university authorities will have to take responsibility for it. In 2000 my daughter survived in the first phase of English, after which the university authorities changed the eligibility of the admission, she did not read in that section.

Nowadays every conscious citizen talks about the quality of education. The results of discussion is within the shorter period of time, so many passes or so many golden a plus means the quality of education has increased? Everybody agrees with a fairly-no, it does not increase. They disagree with them. However, I refuse to blame the students for this. For more than four decades, An expert says from the experience of teachers, most of the teachers of its responsibility have teachers. In 1998, On an International Higher Education Conference at UNESCO's invitation, he was responsible for the chairmanship of the meeting. Topics 'Higher Education Standard' At this point of time, a Professor said, if students are not learned, teachers have not taught. If the students do not learn, then it is understandable that the teachers did not teach them.

What can be more authentic than this? At first, it is good to acknowledge that the quality of education is relatively poor and that depends on the teacher. Once upon a time, the rural area students did better than the urban students in the public examination. Now it is not because one of the reasons is that there is no better teachers available in the rural school-colleges now. On the other hand, the opportunity of acquiring informal knowledge of urban students is much more. But in the city or in the city, everywhere it has been leaking the reading of the class. There are certainly some exceptions. The study is now almost entirely the coaching center and the examiner. The first thing a teacher does in entering the class is the address of his coaching center on board. The teachers of Bengal from the drawing teacher do not leave anybody. Exclude exceptions.

A teacher residing in a small town started private English coaching. Class lectures started at five in the morning. He used to go to sleep without leaving the tape recorder. With the promotion, he was transferred to a remote area. He was immediately resigned from the job because his private education business would be interrupted. Later, he used to lecture in the congregation. Now there is no such idea as private in a home. Everyone has rented a house or apartment to develop coaching business. It is impossible to walk after the afternoon because the students come to a coaching center located on the roadside. She is an elite businessman. Most of the coaching centers are owned by the owner of more than one house.

The big question, why they can not teach in this class at the coaching center? No reply to this question but they will never be available to them. Is there any way the students do not come to these coaching centers? no there's none. Because, if it does not pass, it will not be possible to pass a school or college exam, why not try as well as he does. He is forced to come to the coaching center. For every child of a guardian, the cost of coaching center is 10-15 thousand cash per month. Some educational institutions advertise on TV, they do not need private coaching if they fall into college. The fact that they do not say, these organizations have leased lakhs at the beginning of the year after coaching in their own campus. If anyone in Bangladesh gets annihilated in education, then the responsibility of the coaching center is to take responsibility for it. They all trade 32 billion crores a year, but do not hear the same as paying tax and rent.

The students' parents are concerned about the education of children, it is true, but do not destroy your child's creativity by compelling them to go to Coaching Center. Current students are not meritorious, they do not agree. However, it has to be accepted, there is enough scope for improving their merit, they can not do it due to the overall environment. This is possible with the concerted efforts of the school authorities, guardians and the government. All Coaching Centers should be closed by law. Provide a well-trained teacher in the school, improve the learning environment. There is a primary school in front of my house. There is no teacher to teach religious and spiritual studies for several years. There are some successful ministers in the present cabinet, undoubtedly the education minister is one of them. Why would this happen in his time?

Not to be admitted to the university is less than the supply needs. In the University of Dhaka, there were 3 lakh two thousand 63 students admitted in the opposite examination of six thousand seats. 46 seats for each seat. This will increase the supply. Again it is also right, why everyone should read at the general university? Currently, the value of technical vocational skills in the world is immense. There is not much competition in this education in Bangladesh. Only 8 percent of the students come to this education. There is no alternative to attract students here. An idea of increasing the number of exam passes or increasing the quality of education is being considered, which is utterly stupid. The number obtained in the examination is not the standard of education. The Prime Minister spoke of a separate commission in the appointment of teachers Certainly this is a great offer. At the same time, there is a need for separate payroll for teachers. If you bring education back to class, half of the problem will be solved.

We have to move forward in compliance with the education crisis. This crisis does not reach the education of all, and to whom it is reaching not being of the appropriate quality. There are more aspects of this crisis, such as: drop out of students from primary and secondary levels; Failure of a large number of students in tests; Lack of education materials, laboratories, quality classrooms or library and lack of qualified teachers. The notebooks and coaching-dependent students are seeing, or their weaknesses in mathematics and language, are also concentrating the crisis.

We have created a national education policy, but its close implementation is not going to happen. We are experimenting with a lot of teaching methods, but we can not develop any method according to our culture and social needs. Our education system is becoming more and more oriented without being knowledge oriented. Our thoughts on our science-oriented, philosophical society and environment are stuck in a certain level.

Our education crisis is at the root of the society's view of education. When we were in school, we were told, 'I am studying that he is riding in a carriage.' This issue is a big obstacle, which is to bring knowledge down to the level of skill of the job creation. Our society thinks education is an opportunity, not as right. Not yet If he thought, then there would be a reflection of his social contract. After the birth of Bengali nation, these centuries have passed, yet 30 to 40 percent of the population (if including West Bengal) is Bengali educated.

When our economic capability was limited, then the government could not provide the necessary investment for education. But when the capacity grew, the amount of investment that grew according to expectations was not even. A reflection of society's view of education is its responsibility towards teachers. There are many respected teachers on paper. It is said that they are the 'artisans of man'. But in order to make their life easier, to give them social status, the society has shown steady growth.

In society On the side of the state, it also maintains the clutches. As a result, these artisans, especially in the initial stages, are responsible for the lifecycle. The teachers who do the work, they have got a right to the right of the police to water their water. The new salary structure announced a few days ago is mainly for students who learn to study who engage in the carriage. The foundation of education in the hands of those who are created will not be found in these wages.

On the paper, local power makers are taking the field of many primary schools in the country. Many government teachers are not able to earn pensions despite the fact that the government-run institution provides pension, etc. So, in some sense, does this society honor teachers and education? Now in the fifth and eighth classes 'public' is being examined. Surveying the mass literacy campaign, the study showed that students' memorization and note-based and coaching-trade increased. Now the Government Examination (BCS) examination has become so important (since it is a gold jewelry to enter the right to get the right to climb the road) that one who heard how to succeed in this examination could be considered as a topic in the graduate class textbook.

Education has been playing a major role in creating a crisis in the education of commercialization. Our Constitution mentions, education is a fundamental right. Education should never be considered as a product, such an idea is the basis of our education. But on the day when the English medium schools and private universities were started, coaching-trade was established, from that day the education products became present in the wrapping. One of the reasons for this happening is that, due to globalization, there is a huge commodity production in the world. This product culture is incredibly strong. Evangelism also came as a profitable job after television became popular in the West. Advocates of 'Televangelism' have earned billions of dollars in publicity on television.

There are ways to solve these problems. Those practices that are good, which are proven useful in the field of education and in the improvement of education, have no objection to accepting them and can be very fruitful if they can cope with our culture and social reality. But if you apply blind methods of teaching-learning / learning from outside, then disaster can be created. Here are two examples. The first is the communicated method imposed on English education from the seventeenth century. Before that the grammar-translation system was launched, it was good to be bad. But because of the many requirements for starting a new system, most of the absence of this method did not yield any results. The method is good, but its conditions are not if it does not appear. As a result, a haphazard book has been created for English teaching.

The second example is the adoption of western styled semester system of Dhaka University. In this case, also, the requirements that are necessary to apply in order to effectively implement this method, which is not in our universities, the system is also endangering education. Semester system for literature, philosophy etc. will not benefit us. To get this benefit, it will need to fill the necessary conditions for applying.

There are many publications of the crisis in education, there are also remedies. And some issues and preparation are essential for successful repairs. One of them is state and political determination and will, secondly enough investment and the third is to keep education in the forefront of education of the nation. We say that the highest allocation is given in education, but it is inadequate compared to the requirement. Those countries that have developed, we are surprised and feel a little bit jealous, they all have invested in education,

The quality of education does not improve if there is no good teacher; Books, educational materials etc. if not quality; Teaching and acceptance is not pleasant; If there is an education; If the education system is divided in three-four categories, the library in each school.

It can be noted from basic high authority technical research reports and in-depth analysis suggest that creative and productive ideas can be generated through the quality practical vocational education system, since practical based education efforts and techniques are quite effective than the traditional theory based education system, finally from a neutral perspective, it should be introduced to produce efficient manpower and skilled apprentice. Exclusive efforts need to be taken to develop both quality vocational education along with learning via online course system through distance learning.
